Originally established in 1991, ILS World is a global provider of independent fiduciary services to professional advisors, international corporate groups, and private clients. As a privately owned company, we specialise in creating bespoke structures tailored to the specific needs of each one of our clients.
With more businesses consolidating into larger, private equity-owned companies, we have made the conscious decision to remain independent. Our independency is what makes us who we are, and we stay true to who we are, and that is a fiduciary. A fiduciary that isn’t in competition with its professional introducers, and with no conflicts of interest in our roles as directors, trustees, and administrators.
At ILS World we don’t restrict ourselves, we like to go beyond the borders. That is why we operate globally with offices in British Virgin Islands, Isle of Man, Hong Kong Portugal.

More than 50 % of our employees have been with us for longer than five years. Having a high employee retention rate, allows us to provide long term stable relationships with our clients, with a high degree of certainty and continuity.
