All BVI companies are required to file details relating to economic substance in the six months following the end of their financial period. Our online form provides a guided process to submit the required details quickly.
The form needs to be completed for each BVI company in your portfolio. Once the form is submitted we will contact you with any necessary follow up points and then arrange for the required details to be filed with the BVI International Tax Authority.
