She has more than 10 years' experience marketing the professional services sector, more recently focussing on communicating with professional advisers, international corporate group and private clients for the ILS Group encompassing the work of its offices in the British Virgin Islands, Dubai, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, London and Portugal.
During her career Kamille has researched, written, published and communicated material on a vast range of subjects. She has a sound understanding of a range of marketing theories and practices including branding, brand development, digital and social media marketing, public relations, sponsorship, advertising, internal communication and effective event management. She has successfully planned and developed various websites working with technical providers on implementation and launch in addition to taking a very proactive and practical approach to business support.
After studying journalism and business studies at the London College of Printing she started her reporting career at fashion magazine, Drapers Record. She switched to newspapers working at the Kentish Times before picking up shifts at the Mail on Sunday, Sunday Mirror, Daily Express and the Sun. She progressed to the award-winning Birmingham Evening Mail and from there was recruited by the daily Gloucestershire Echo, promoted to News Editor and had several years in the Features Editor's chair. As Deputy Editor of the Essex Chronicle she gained valuable experience in people and change management.
Following a move to the Isle of Man she joined a leading Manx law firm.
Kamille has a Professional Certificate in Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
