She has more than 30 years' experience in the finance industry and currently her expertise includes providing director and secretary duties, liaising with clients and intermediaries and co-ordinating the affairs of company structures in asset holding and trading.
Her duties also include the incorporation of company structures, attending client meetings and preparation of appropriate minutes or resolutions, review and execution of agreements, managing client company bank accounts, preparing and filing of statutory forms, performing annual file reviews and ensuring high levels of service standards while complying with the relevant regulations and legislation as well as the Isle of Man licensing requirements.
Helen has attended numerous courses throughout her working career to ensure she keeps abreast of pertinent changes within the industry.
She joined ILS after moving to the Isle of Man with her family from Cape Town where she spent five years with the Department of Inland Revenue as an estate assessor. Previously she worked for three major accounting firms as an income tax administrator and latterly as an investment consultant.
