He supports clients with a wide range of corporate services including the formation of companies and advises on the establishing of trusts for a range of purposes. He also advises in regard to Intellectual Property matters with particular emphasis on fashion, film and music which when necessary may also include trade mark registration.
Alan has also assisted many ILS clients over the years on matters regarding the registration of merchant ships, yachts and aircraft in addition to the protection of other valuable assets and their preservation.
In all matters Alan provides a high standard of help, management and support that clients and their professional advisors have come to expect.
Alan attended university in London and is a previous associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has extended his personal interests to include law and international shipping, which he has put to very good use within the London and the Greek maritime communities.
Prior to assisting with the opening of ILS's first office in London's Fleet Street Alan had worked as a golf professional for a number of years.
